Anybody have any experience with Bell's hitch racks. Saw a 2 bike rack at walmart for $85, which is substantially cheaper that $160 for Thule's cheapest 2 bike rack.

Do you get what you pay for with an $85 rack. Will my bike stay secure on it? Will the rack pop off at speeds over 40 mph?
