This looks okay on paper, any feedback is appreciated from those who have done it. (yes I used the search function)

Pretty solid all around race:
Swim is protected, salt water, wet suit legal that is timed with the current so it’s super fast. Self seeded so not much contact.
Bike is mostly flat. You cross a few bridges that can be a little dicey in terms of surface but not a big deal because they warn you ahead of time and make you get out of aero. Bike course was long by about 2 miles for me last year.
Run is an out and back that takes you through downtown ILM and a nice park. Pretty enjoyable run.

Certainly worth consideration for a late season race.

This race was my first full IM, back in like 2009. Had no idea it had disappeared. It was definitely a fast course given my time and experience level then.
