I want to give you all a heads so that you can pencil in the Rat Snake for its 4th year if you are interested. Its May 16 and located in upstate NY at Gilbert Lake State Park (day before American Zofingen in case you missed that entry or want to do a crazy double that weekend). Last year there were only 70 spots for the tri and they all sold out. For only $25, you get to suffer in a reverse tri of a trail run, difficult bike, and a very easy swim, then eat roasted pig, and drink Heady Topper. Have a look at the race site and I hope to see you there. Registration will open in January and entries will fill fast as there's been much interest. Thanks!!
