Is there an easy way to upload an Apple Watch workout to Strava? Seems to just post a “did a workout with Apple Watch” but not the actual file. Is it only an option if using a third party app like... Strava?

I use the HealthFit app to push my runs and rides to strava. It will sync with lots of other platforms too. It’s not free, but pretty inexpensive. I’ve been using it for a month with no trouble.
