I don't do CBD but I do take edibles that help me sleep but they have THC along with the CBD. I'm sure you know but there's sativa and indica types of pot. Indica is also described as "in da couch" as in you will just want to chill and relax.

I don't know if different spectrums of CDB have different effects.
