I've been there several times with a punk band I used to sing for (Drunken Boat) and I used to run along the river that cuts right through town on a nice (concrete) sidewalk. I had to go back and forth a few times to get the miles I needed, but it was nice...if you didn't look at the scary Union Carbine plant steaming on the horizon.
