Done it on a tri bike briefly long enough for my buddy to snap a picture. It's very painful and holding your legs straight up ain't easy either. Nearly wrecked myself trying to get upright again. The picture looks badass but now that I'm not in my 20s I can't say I'd do it again in a hurry, although I could probably be talked into it.
