In the various threads on cardiac events during the swim there has been mentions that HR spikes in the early part of the swim. I was wondering if anyone using swim hr devices like the Garmin swim or the new Phlex has noticed this. It seems like HRM technology is accelerating with respect to getting info during the swim, will be great if this info sheds some light on what’s going on.
