Any idea what kind of bars these are?

Not that these are 'cutting edge' aerobars, but I am curious if anyone has any idea what kind of clip-on bars these are.

(I couldn't get a postable photo here, but look at the bars on the bike shown in (newest) April 5, 2004 VeloNews, page 28)

They look like Syntace Streamliners to me but it's hard to tell for sure.

No, I dont think so as I have a set of those. These (new?) bars are clamped under the drop bars.

They are Ritchey clip-ons. Go to http://www.ritcheylogic.com/bars.htm and scroll all the way to the bottom. Ritchey sponsors the Health Net team.
