J, have you checked out who sells the Elite bottle cages? I got mine by asking the nearest stockists to get one in for me. Failing that do a search on one of the engines, I recall getting a US stockists at sometime when I wanted more info. Also, when you get it go to an upholsterers with one of the foam sheet to get another cut to separate the wheels from the side of the case,I got one for $9 and its well worth the effort.
