Any 80mm Latex Tubes available?
I've been hunting for 80mm latex tubes so I don't have to mess with valve extender variables anymore. Anyone find a good source for 80mm latex? (If they even exist which I'm beginning to doubt, even though so many want them!)

Thanks. :)

I would buy them if they did. I understand the latex tube market is not huge so supporting multiple valve lengths could be costly, there has got to be a big cross section of consumers running deep wheels AND latex tubes.

As others have said they don't exist. Just buy the ones with the removable valve cores and buy extenders.

Who would want latex tubes in anything LESS than 80 mm? Pointless methinks.

People who climb a lot, have light wheels and want good rolling resistance.
People who want good RR, a smoother ride, better flat protection in their everyday wheels.
People who realize that for <$20, they can get a good chunk of the wattage savings of $1000 wheelset and like to keep their hobby budget in check.

Companies who only want to make one size that will work for everybody, knowing that extenders are easy and not too expensive.

Lots of people!

Hello Super D and All,

How about drilling a couple of extra valve stem holes and using 3 each 700c x 25-28mm (25/28-622 ISO; 85g) latex tubes in one tire?

3 x 28 = 84

The three tubes would provide tertiary redundancy for flat protection .... you could puncture one tube and still have 2/3 of your air.

Hello Super D and All,

Seriously .... somebody has to try it .....

You will never know if you don't give it a shot .... (just one wheel until the concept is proven)

You can be a leader!
