Delivery is key!
It's the unsung hero of the wholesale business. It's not sexy. It's not flashy. It lacks that real Gee-whiz factor, but if you get it right and you say what you are going to do, WHEN you say you are going to do it, your customers will fall in love with you. They may be a little reluctant at first, because you are more expensive. However, you tell them quite simply that they can't make money on something that is not sitting on their store shelves! It's great that they got those jersey's from company X for $10 less, but where are they? If you keep backing it up by delivering your goods on time or even ahead of time, you will have that customers commitment and business for a very long time.
