I am jealous you actually have coverage. In Houston NBC is only showing highlight later in the day. Great affiliate here, last year they showed an infommercial instead of broadcast of Ironman Hawaii. They wonder why we keep getting voted America's Fattest City!

I'm watching now and haven't seen a single thing on Lance in the past 15 minutes. WTF is up with that?
I still think diddy got more coverage then lance. At least LA is a legitimate athlete.

All I am getting is the NYC website updates. I see that, in the women's race, a rabbit is currently winning by a large margin! She's running the pace she was assigned, but others (Kastor etc) will make their moves when they are ready, I assume. It's like a 100-mile break in the TDF -- run, rabbit run!

I am, slowly, getting the athlete tracker set up too. Their website is bogged though, and the process involves lots of reloading.

Obviously, I want to win the Lance betting pool, but I would like to watch the race too. I wish I had NYC NBC right now.

Anyone check out the Lance cam? He sure has bulked up. It looks like they're running at a pretty good pace though. For now anyway.

I'm not but was hoping to follow him thru the Athlete finder like I did yesterday for a friend at IMFL. Their websit really sucks! Don't give the option if you cannot deliver.

What's Lance pace since the beginning? Does someone have a 5k, 10k split?

The elites and masses went off at 10:10am EDT. They just showed Lance running with Salazar; commentary was that he weighs about 180 now!

according to the "Lance Cam" he just ran a 6:50 mile.

On the live web feed I just heard someone say "that was a 6:50 mile". Other than that I have no information.

From runnersworld text coverage lance 6:36 pace after 5 miles (but hes talking with the salazar while running)

Lance supposedly hit 5 miles at 6:36 pace. Alberto's talking to him a lot now. Quite a few other guys running around them. No surprise there. One of them is German Silva of Mexico, two time winner of this race. And Alberto has 3 wins. So Lance has 5 victories near him now. Lance is smiling and give TV cameras the thumbs up.
