I am currently riding a Giant TCR with Ksyrium SSL wheel set. I would like to upgrade to something more aero. I was thinking of a Renn Disc and a Hed 3 front? Any suggestions????? Thanks in advance for your opinions

LRB that would be a rather fast setup. Lots of the top pros and top cyclists ride that combo.

A disc and tri-spoke is what Team Once ran on their TCR's and were one of the most successful TT TDF teams ever. This is generally regarded as the fastest combo possible. The only thing about the front tri-spoke is that they tend to be a bit unstable in very windy conditions. To cover all your bases also pick up something like a Campy Shamal front for windy days. Also the Specialized tri-spoke is virtually the same as the Hed version and can often be picked up quite a bit cheaper second hand on ebay.
