I have an Aeolus 5 comp front wheel and my friend has an aeolus 7 tlr (its the really wide rim profile). I’m a fairly strong cyclist (will be going sub 5 on the bike) and doing Ironman Maryland, what would be the approx time savings of borrowing his front wheel for the race? If it’s 30 seconds, I won’t want to bother, but if it’s a minute or more, I’d like to use it
