Aaahhh Back in the ocean

Bad weather training, what is that?
Finally, back in the big blue for some zen swimming. It's amazing how much more of an experience it is to just swim. No flip turns, swimming circles, deck clock, kick boards. pull bouys, paddles. Just you, some errant kelp and the dolphins!! About half way in, you don't even realize you're swimming.
Aahhh back in the ocean.

This is the endless winter up here in northern N.Y. I can't wait for the ice on the lake Ontario to melt .This inside swiming is to much. The ice is only about a foot thick so I ain't a holding my breath ! It's just bin very cold all winter and I am looking to get outside. Enjoy the ocean and good weather.

Swimming To Antarctica: Lynne Cox is among the best ocean swimmers of our time. Science doesn't fully understand it, but she survives, even thrives in water that's cold enough to kill. When you combine these talents with a stubborn streak, there is only one thing on earth to do. Try your luck, swimming to Antarctica. Correspondent Scott Pelley reports.
