A happy story about good Wahoo customer service

So i was rolling out in the neutral start of a race last weekend and my Wahoo Bolt suddenly went mental, locked up and died. I restarted it and the display was somehow damaged.

I emailed customer support - They sent me a postage paid label for a courier, i dropped it off and they immediately sent me a new one. A brand new replacement unit has just been delivered.

4 day turnaround. New Bolt, No hassles.

By comparison - This week we ordered a new hockey stick for my daughter from a UK hockey stick company. They sent completely the wrong one and they are now being unapologetic and arseholes about us returning it. We spend a lot of money on sports kit - but never another penny with those people!

Good for you! When I had trouble with my Kickr Snap, they treated me like an idiot and offered zero help. (Power is often off by >20%).
