The Deda Black system comes in right with the Heds or slightly under in terms of weight, when you add a set of levers. The Hed may have a slight advantage in aero, but there's no data to say either way.

Have a look at the last part of an IM bike leg - a lot of the riders are not able to sit in the correct aero position. The most aero bar is the one you that fits you 100% - making you able to use it for 180 km. Some of the one-pice bars have adjustment limitations - they will not be fast if they don't fit you.
