Thinking about doing this race. What are some of the pros and cons? How are the nearby hotels? Do they price gouge? How’s the course? Is is scenic? Overall experience?

I took a trip to Boulder last year and stayed on the Boulder University Inn. 2 blocks from Pearl and would stay there again. Was not too pricey either
