70.3 Steehead Bike help ideas.
Hi, I just got in today (Friday) for 70.3 Steelhead. While I was putting my bike together, I noticed my seat stay cracked while flying to the race. Anyone have any last min ideas I could explore?

Currently sitting in my hotel room eating oreos and crying.

Thank,

Brian

What size bike you need?

It’s a long shot but I have my tri bike with me and I’m just spectating.

Your speed matters a lot, sometimes you need to be very fast, where sometimes you need to breakdown your speed.

Go to the athlete village right now. There's tribiketransport, playtri. I havent seen any saddles but ask around to as many people as you can there?

How cracked is it? Is it the seat or the tube?

I'm somewhat local, if you can ride a 58, you are welcome to use my road bike. I may be able to help with other sizes too. Reach out to me if you can't figure something out.

Seat stay usually refers to the other top tube - running from the chain stays to the seat post insertion point or sometime right below it.

That’s why I hate flying with my bikes.

Next races on the schedule: none at the moment
