50k > 9 weeks > 26.2 > 3 weeks > 70.3

The answer is probably: everyone’s recovery time is different but IN GENERAL- Is there enough recovery time in this schedule? I’m most concerned about the “break” between the 26.2 & 70.3 because let’s be honest .......... there will be no break there if I will perform well @ the 70.3. Is it even realistic?

Races:
50k > 9 weeks > 26.2 > 3 weeks > 70.3

I’m not even honestly sure how to train for the 26.2 while keeping everything else going for the 70.3 as well.

I ran my first marathon 4 weeks after a 70.3 and my legs were fine. I know that's an extra week but I was only running ~35 mpw. I ran a great marathon time so if your running mileage is solid during your triathlon training, you should be fine.
