My training partner is in the market for a used Tri Bike. Her only requirement is a bike that has 700 wheels. What Tri Bikes out there size 48 or size Small have 700s? Could she fit on a 51? She is planning on visiting a fitter next weekend. 5'3.5" 110 pounds.
