I got back in after 7 weeks off exactly 3 weeks ago.
Today I did essentially same workout I did 4 weeks ago.
Mainset of 1400 was twice through:
2x50s
2x75s
2x100s
2 x 75s
2x50s
Things got really fought the second time through 3 weeks ago. So I’ll take that out of the results. Basically over the 3 weeks my process was solid:
50s at :38avg now at :34
75s at :58 Avg now :54
100s at 1:19 avg now at 1:11
Today was my 12th swim in 22 days. Avg 3200.
Good luck to those just getting back into the water. It was hell for about 10 days but I am almost back to normal...
