I bought a pair of Zipp 303's last year and it seems like they are slower than my training wheels (Mavic something 33). Is this possible? There are a couple of other folks in the club I'm in that have the 303's and they feel slower. or is it just the conditions? any thoughts.
thank

Slower than what? Do you mean steering slower? That would certainly be possible as they have a deeper section than a typical training wheel (Presuming you are on an Open 4CD type rim). As for ground speed...they should be a bit faster than a 32' 3X wheel.
John Cobb has a great article out about the forces that an aero wheel put into a bike - and how they differ from wheel to wheel and from a standard wheel.
