If memory serves, the 7.0 comes with the Race bullhorns, which have a round cross-section end to end. The next bar in the Bontrager line would be the
Race Lite Aero, still aluminum (i.e. affordable) but with an aero cross-section between the grips and the stem clamp.
Trying to make a size prediction based on height and inseam is tough...neither of those tell me anything about where your armpads should be, and that's where to start. You could probably fit on either of those bikes. The large might be more appropriate, but that's only a guess. If you've never had a tri fit before and your dealer offers fit services, it is probably $ well spent.
