Looking at the photo of Lieto looks like they have two forks, one for UCI and one for non-UCI as lieto's fork looks a lot deeper than the current fork or the one "Spartacus" is sporting on his bike...

As for hydration one behind the saddle, one aero bottle on the frame and a bottle between the bars seems to be a pretty good set up.....

Looks to use more structures at the stem / head to get through UCI hoops. Definitely a different 'UCI' fork.

The forked bar design seems like it would be excellent for integrating bottle cage bosses directly into the extension before the split, but the limited pictures so far don't show that area clearly. I can't imagine Trek overlooking that aspect, but we'll have to wait and see.

Yeah I was noticing the dual forks too. I'm willing to bet that the sc 3.0 and future versions of super bikes are going to start designing a Tri specific bike seperate from their tt rigs, just like the shiv Tri. There is starting to have enough money in triathlon that a competitor to the shiv Tri price point and offerings for Tri will need to be challenged. Plus, there can be some awesome designs for Tri bikes that have the potential to be crazy fast. While that may be 5+ years away, I'm confident the market will tend that way.

And I know that's a pretty good set up. I was just joking about the 2 bottle thing because I'm sure there is going to be a point where the aero goodies stagnate in sales. Everyone is hopping on the current data and once the hydration and accessory companies need some extra cash flow, they will have to bring out some more data on why system xyz is faster than the system we already took to be the fastest.

Now that someone brings up the bottle bosses on the bar before the split, I would be highly disappointed if they were not there. If they aren't, there will be a running change.

Basically it looks like there are 3 pieces. The cable cover, bottom recess/stem for the bars and a pedestal to raise the extensions. Hopefully there is something else TM01 like that allows you to change basebar height without buying a 200 dollar stem and recabling your entire bike (it appears if that is fixed based up on cable cover).

It looks like the somewhat out there 7-series is going to be much more interesting than the tweaks to the 9-series.
2014 Trek catalogue is quite intriguing.

It is entirely possible that we may find out a lot more on Monday...

Edit:- my personal gut feelings..
More integration on 'lower' models
Better lower yaw performance without impacting high yaw
More modular front end for easier adjustment
Lighter...
More integrated accessories, for example bottles, computer mounts.
Jens module that makes your legs shut up at 110% FTP
Hopefully available from Tomorrow.

Looks pretty nice. Also, from the lava article, it looks like they implemented a new slot system for connecting the draft box after the problems with the previous clamp. It's also good to see they checked the box on BTA and computer solutions.

Very interested to she this bb/brake dorsal fin

Sounds a lot like Scott's "Speed Skeg" on the Plasma.

New Trek Speed Concept: Faster than the Cervelo P5 only at yaw angles rarely experienced.

You sure? Perhaps it is faster than the Cervelo P5 at yaw angles commonly experienced by WTC age groupers?

Wtc age groupers for sure. But not everyone does Ironman and wants a high stack, high yaw bike.

I'm holding out for the 2014 Boardman.

any news on the revised SC7? I'm assuming the main difference will be 5:1 kammtails and choice of 2 new forks, and just use any bars again. Plus the seatpost clamp redesign and add on changes. If frameset only is available I'd be interested in an upgrade....just.

Maybe because there are no TT shifters for Red 22 yet? Because Rival is still available.

Show how tough it is to do the aero eyeball. Cervelo originally had the BB skeg and claimed it was a decent aero advantage. Later frames didn't include it and they said with the current aero shapes/designs it didn't help. Now they and others are back to using it.

I don't doubt the data they had on it but it show how small differences inexecuting a design can mae a big difference. I still wonder who will be the first to come up with a complete bike. This frame / wheels / group with no optins except for sizing. Look comes close except for wheels

My suspicion is that SRAM Red22 and Force22 will be an option, when bar end shifters become available?

Ah good point. Any chance and any reverse compatibility. I'm sure there is not, but a base bar upgrade with the new extensions would be interesting.
