I had a chance to be at the track last night and watch the Bowerman track club destroy the track and fastest 5k on us soil. Mo went 3:58 for his final mile. Inspiring watch. Also crazy to watch how effortless they make it look!

That was impressive and fun to watch. Loved seeing Shalane coaching from the sidelines for both the guys and gals.
