i don't think he would be decked out in LG gear in that pic if that was the case...

maybe he's going to be a professional Zwift athlete since the outdoors are no good for the man

Come on now. Specialized didn’t design it to be refilled on the fly so obviously no one would try to do that since it wasn’t designed that way.

Not aero enough to be a top TT rider, not light enough to climb, can't sprint, would spend the entire time at the back dodging elbows and kissing pavement. He is exactly where he should be unless they reintroduce 100km+ TT stages in grand tours.
