As it's boiling down to the wire and I may be mildly overtrained and cranky I'm still not getting how some of the group is running their 3 miles multiple times per day and only separating the sessions by a minute.
Looks a whole bunch like a 9 or 12 miler to me.

I know, I'll go have a coffee and slink back to my treadmill... :-)

Yeah. You're cranky.

I've had to do catch up days and I do break up my long run into multiple short runs where I'll do a loop back to the house, do weights/core exercise or I'll pedal for 30 minutes on the trainer, and then off I go again. Let me tell you. It is hideous and not fun. That said, I'm a number chaser, so I must suffer.

Someone on my Strava feed is doing minimum 21km (in one go) for 100 days. He's an ultra runner though, so child's play for him.
