I'm considering building my wife a tri bike instead of buying something new. I don't know enough to judge whether something is a good deal or not. The geometry of a medium seduza works for her.

Is this reasonable? I have a lot of the other parts so I think I could tthe whole thing under $700 and just use wheels we have.
