"The Walking Company" Orthotics
I was at this company's store and tried on a pair of orthotics and they were extremely comfortable. Does anybody have experience with orthotics?... The Walking Company orthotics or orthotics in general.
Are they good or bad for you, waste of money?

Depends on why you think you need an orthotic in the first place. They are rebadged Lynco and Aetrex OTC devices, so they trend on the soft/comfy side for walkers/older people (they tend to buy them in the store that way). So if they are comfy too you, then the $50-70 (or whatever) might be worth it. If you need some actual structural control (probably not I'm guessing), then they will fall short.

I've never been told I need structural control but I have back (disk) issues so I'm willing to try anything to help that.
Thanks
