Anyone know where I can buy one? I think I have the name right, it's a swimming exercise device used to stretch the anterior ankle.

I couldn't find the rack so I made a wooden ballet stretcher out of wood with my bandsaw. You can Google ballet foot stretcher, they sell them and my model is better than the rack anyway. I can post a pic if anyone is interested.

Find a couch or chair that is about 2-3" off the floor. Slide front of foot under (shoes optional) and lean back.
It was a FINIS product, but I don't think they make it anymore. I know it's not in their current catalog.
