"Serious" about triathlon
At what point or age did you get "serious" about triathlon i.e. training and racing took a priority in your life over, say going out until 4 in the morning on the weekends and work and other things got pushed back on the day-to-day of must-do's list?

Up until i was 26 i would play my guitars about 2 hours a day. i started tris at 26 and i haven't picked up my guitars since. I was never one for going out until 4 am. I used to do that a few times a year before tris and I still stay out late about the same amount now.

This is my first season and I am 28, what a god send. I used to do the 4am thing alot more often than is advised- nothing good ever happens after about 2am. Now I still have the same amount of good times but I feel alot better resticting my alcohol intake and gettign to bed sooner. The harder part was getting to bed at 10:00 on the week nights. Work and family still have precidence over trianing and always will.
