"Prone Table" for Physical Therapy (Swimmer's Shoulder treatment)
I recently did a few weeks of PT for swimmer's shoulder. Too much swimming leads to a stronger front of shoulder relative to the back of your shoulder, altering the alignment of your shoulder, causing pain. The solution of course is to strengthen your upper back and scapular stabilizers to re-align your shoulder.

The PT place I went to had me do exercises on a "prone table". This is similar to a massage table, but the head/face cradle is on an 18 inch neck extending from the main table. This permits your shoulders to dangle freely, enabling you excellent freedom of movement for rows, Ys, Ts, etc.

I'd like to buy one of these for home use, but I can't find anything under the name "prone table". Other search terms ("narrow massage table") haven't turned up anything.

Can anyone offer me some guidance on exactly what these things are called and where I should look for one? Thanks!
