all depends on your definition of "spinning". I was using the term rather loosely ;-)

80 is spinning compared to 70.

I 'spin' at 75rpm... so you're a spinner for me ;-)

I noticed you cleaned your chain when you put the new black ring on! Good zen maintenance move.

My new Rotors arrived yesterday. BLACK 54 AERO! It's gonna look good on my black-fade-to-red Titan Flex. Can hardly wait to get them on, but, it's going to have to wait a few days...I'm off on a big ride this afternoon, and don't have time to let the locktite set up sufficiently if I put the Rotors on first. This bike will really look nice with a disc wheel on it. Hopefully, testing will show me it is at least as fast as my double-diamond bike, and I'll race it set up like that next year.

I sure like bike stuff.

Please tell me that's 650 bike..

I don't see a reason anyone would need anything bigger than a 54 when it's been proven a higher cadence is the key to a better run....

54x11 (on a 700 bike) is __ kph.... someone do the math.

Go read post #20. And, keep in mind that at any point in time I can start lifting weights and within about 8 weeks be deadlifting 250% of my own weight for 2-3 reps, which is to say I'm more of a diesel/18:1 motor than a typical gas/9.5:1 motor.

One last note, any respectable slowtwitcher can tell a 650 from a 700 by the curvature of the rim ;)

I noticed the color was different...I thought it might just be the picture! Good for you! The first frame did look a bit "used"!

63T Ring...What are people thinking?

I use an awsome 56-44 FSA Aero (with 11-21) and I am on 650 wheels...They are quite heavy, and I'm not that crappy biker.

Suddenly Bjorn's becomes a sissy.

Also, what is more noticeble, changing I tooth in the cogset (12 to 11) or 54 to 56 ring?
