How normal is this? I'm wondering if this looseness is what hits me sometimes and makes it so I have shooting pain in that arm. And finally, should I be tackling this with more rotator cuff work (I do just a little external rotation stuff now).
I don't think this is anything new for me, as I've been to a shoulder specialist a couple times and she mentioned that side was slightly loose and no big deal. But that was ~2 years and 500,000 yards ago.
Too f@ckin depressed from various injuries to care about having a signature line.
