Hey guys. I seem to have misplaced my copy of Gordo's "Goin Long". I'm interested in starting his strength training routine a couple of times a week. Can anyone with a copy shed some light on the exercises and order? I'm not interested in the phases with respect to an "A" race as this will just be maintenance. I've used it before and was really happy with the results but I can't find any records (digital or hard copy) of the exercises.
