If you are talking about clip on's then most "modern" one's are going to end up pretty clean. Profile Designs newer stuff especially is impressive to me.

Talking about clip-ons. I will check out the Profile Designs. Does anyone have any positive/negative feedback on the new Zipp Vuka clip on line?

Cleanest... don't know. Most comfortable.... I have Profile T2+ on trainer and FSA Trimax on racer. I find the pads on the FSA much more comfortable. I had to countersink the bolt holes in the Profile rests to make them less uncomfortable.

Hey Jack - if you have any specific questions about the VukaAlumina clip feel free to ask. But we do have quite a bit of adjustability built in and you can mount the armrests behind the basebar, as seen below:
