I didn't work out today, but I did take a nap... That's training related, right? Jonnyo will back me up on this one.

Unless you took the nap on altitude, that's a NO-GO. Sorry.

No photos available from my own ride but I can ensure you it looked like this:

And it's winter season around here.

The ride was along the sea starting from our training base to Guincho and back.

That is a breathtaking view of the cliffs and the sea.

I see white caps - do those mean it is windy?

And the red lane - I assume that is for bikes? Do you ride in that? That is kind of neat!

Yay bike lane! Here in the middle of Canada I ran an 8-miler - it was going to be longer, but some part of me was getting colder and colder, and I assume people would have given me funny looks if I had started rubbing it. The bike sits mutely on the trainer - it knows the score. Group trainer sessions in another couple of weeks though! j

The red lane is indeed for bikes BUT on summer time it's usually fulfilled of people skating and just walking with their dogs so not ysed for "real-deal" bikers. And it's a very, VERY, windy road.

Who the heck likes and watches 'Cash in the Attic' anyways? It's like one of the three worst shows on HGTV.

One of the top three worst shows on HGTV? That would mean it's pulling slightly higher ratings than NHL hockey in the US?

Road two plus hours on the new mountain bike (my Xmas present to myself). New bike is insane, Santa Cruz Blur, full suspension. It does all the work for you, just need to sack up and hang on.

Chilling but dry here yesterday. This afternoon is not looking so good.

Did a good 50 Miles on Christmas day with a couple 1000' good climbs & was home by 10am. Was a great day to ride here in Los Angeles. Most people must have been opening presents & the weather was perfect. So much for the rainy season....
