gawd, i could throw up, this is so uncomfortable. my stomach is sick, I feel like doo.

what gives? what can i do to feel better besides fling myself out the window?

help, for the love of god, help.

See the doctor?
I dunno what to say. TOM only comes around every three months or so for me (I take my birth control ongoing so that I don't have to deal with it every month) and when it does it's a couple days of terribleness - thus why I try and skip it as much as possible. If birth control is something you're willing to have in your body, then maybe it's worth a try?

Well, I would say exercise, that always makes me feel better. I bet you are already do that. The only thing I can really tell you is that it will pass. Going to the doctor to make sure you don't have endometrioses (or however that is spelled) or some other disorder just to be sure may not be a bad idea.
I sometimes pms really bad and I do a lot of tech support...If I had weapons the day before my cycle starts..well..I would be writing from prison. Just plain walking helps. Sometimes I get really depressed or angry or both. But then it is over and a new day begins and I feel better. I hope you do too.

I have found that a nice walk helps tons. Plus getting a back massage from the BF. And maybe a glass of red ;-) I am finding I too am getting PMS like symptoms including bad cramping - I haven't had PMS like this since I was a teenager. Ugh. AP

hot water bottle.
of course I believe in drugs as well as supplements -

my philosophy is that we were not designed to have so many periods - evolution has not caught up with the fact that we do not get married at 12 and stay pregnant/nursing with a few exceptions until menopause (ok this still occurs in Utah). so I look at ocps/patch/nuvaring/mirena iud as the answer to this evolutionary challenge.
