I'll agree with everyone else that less is better. It's a really beautiful bike! Maybe white bar tape or pale blue bar tape?

I second coloured cable housing - but stay away from Jagwire. My experience with it was horrid and it ended up in the garbage after 2 weeks. Shimano makes coloured dura-ace cable housing now!! So much better.

If you want something ultra-subtle and ultra-cheap, you can also get coloured cable end caps - pink is out there.

If you use SRAM you can also find coloured brake hoods. I'm not sure if you can do this with Shimano or not.

Hopefully I won't ened up racing against my bike twin someday ... but here is what I did to my Ordu after racing it all black the last few seasons. It now has the black Diva saddle with pink stitching but this photo was taken before I changed out the old worn out saddle. Yes, that's even a chain with pink links:
