The Wild Rose Women's Triathlon returns as part of the Women's Weekend in Oak Ridge, TN on June 2nd & 3rd, 2012. Saturday brings the Run for the Rose Women's 5K and Sunday the Wild Rose Women's Triathlon. The triathlon is 3 lengths of the 100 meter outdoor pool in "time trial" start. Yes, a 100 meter outdoor pool!The bike is an out and back total 10 mile course that is fairly flat the whole way. The run in a modified two loop course around the Oak Ridge High School.The Run for the Rose will use a course similar to the triathlon.
