I miss my family... mom emailed to ask "what time does your race start on Saturday?"

it would be a 2.5 hour drive for them to come watch... but I think they're doing to do it.

I am touched. What a nice way to start the day, with that email.

I miss not having a goal. Hopefully I will get one after my meeting with my coach on Thursday.

and I too miss IM training....

I really miss my son. I think of him everyday. Many times a day. I think of him when I get up and when I go to sleep. I remember what it felt like to hug him, his laugh and the way he smelled. He was eight years old and it's been 7 years.

PUgs grief is really hard mentally and physically esp in the begining. After my son died I cried everyday all day for years. It took me three years before I even wanted to live again and reinvest in life. I have reinvested in life and now I want to live!!! I'm very happy. I was lucky to have him. I know now that I've all ready lived through the most difficult time/day in my life.

I'm sorry you are going through this now. Big hug to you!

I'm trying to revive this thread. Clearly I'm REALLY bored at work.
