- My running was spot on this week. Got in all my runs and had a really good long run on Wednesday. I really like having my LR mid-week instead of on the weekend.
- Now that I'm running regularly, the weight is coming off too.
- Still no cycling. Gotta work on that one. Trying to figure out how to work it into my schedule without making my life crazy.
