Not a great week, but I'm feeling better and ready to get at it this week.
Here's my week:
- I caught my daughter's stomach flu on Wednesday so I only ran twice. One of those times was 2 days after the flu. I ran 2 miles and then spent 5 minutes dry heaving on the side of the road. Probably should have given myself another day to recover.
- I was supposed to do a 12 km trail race on Saturday, but given how my run went on Friday I decided to skip it.
- I was down another pound last week, but it was probably due to being sick.
- Decided to give myself the weekend off from running, so I spent most of it in the garden. That was fun! I would spend every day in the garden if I could.
