- I did absolutely no workouts last week and it was great. Didn't feel guilty at all. I just didn't feel like it and it was a welcome week off. My body didn't need it as much as my head. Now I'm rearing to go this week.
- Kept my eating in check and stayed the same this week.
Next week:
- Starting the P90X videos today
- Gotta keep running too, so I'm going to try to fit in 3 runs
- Have to get serious about this weight loss - down 1 lb next at a minimum
