I have a pair of Noosa 9s that I used a couple of times until they gave me absolutely terrible blisters. I've moved on to the Noosa 10s which seem to work better and have used this exclusively for training and racing. I've also heard very good things about On running shoes....never tried though.
Noosa 10s work for me, much lighter than the Asics GTs that I used to use.
