Use the "search" feature at the top of the screen for previous threads. It's one of the most frequently asked questions on this forum.
Try going to your local bike shop also and seeing if they have a trial seat program. She could then sit on several seats before committing to anything permanent.
Opinions vary widely on this topic because of different pelvic structure.
Finally, in my experience, what seat works when I ride long is not the same as what I might be comfortable for shorter trips.

No need to apologize. What you'll find is that you get 10 women and there will probably 6 or 7 different opinions. If you can find a shop that has a demo program, that will help.
