Anyone have any personal insight to getting back to exercising after having a baby then having a hysterectomy. My prolapses have improved somewhat now that I’m done breastfeeding but I worry about doing future damage. Anyone have any advice about their personal journey? Thanks

I can't comment on the baby part, but post-hy, running took about 3 months to feel "not weird". Biking came back first, then swim (pulling sensation over incision points), then the run. What does your surgeon say?
