I thought 'emaciated' meant skin and bones. he's got all kinds of muscle he is just lean.

another vote for David Goggins, great looking and BAD ASS

I also find most cyclists/triathletes way too skinny, but back in the day I drooled over one of the larger pros, Jurgen Zack

Another ultrarunner of note, Dean Karnazes, looks totally hot in pics but I did a race with him and in real life he is on the small side....but still amazing looking. We weighed in together (thank god I was slightly lighter!) and he was 152lbs.

From a guy who has way to much "cosmetic bulk" for triathlon, this is encouraging to hear. I need some consolation after watching all those skinny guys blow past me on the run.

I got to see Goggins in person and man is he smokin! He was floating about the day before and while I never introduced myself to him he was always smiling and seemed to be a super nice guy whenever I overheard him talking. His mom was with him which I thought was cute.

Unfortunately he dropped from the race. Lots of rumors why but no official reason. Of course, it is 115 degrees on flat pavement through Death Valley so that is good enough reason in and of itself.

I did get some film of him running by and as soon as I get it downloaded I'll post a link.

Oh, yes!! Makes me cringe when I hear a guy says he has <10% body fat...thin arms are too sissy looking. Ripped may look good in pics, but I like to hold onto a little somthin'.

Oh my! What an incredible ass!!!

I swear, if the guys on the main forum read this they'd all be secretly putting on 10 pounds and there wouldn't be any more questions on how to get down to race weight by starving themselves.

Me too - hockeyboys are yummy. Case in point:

(not that I'm a fan of the flyers, but I always thought Lindros was a hottie!)
